As our Legal Counsel you will:
- Be the go-to expert for battery contracts, SPV’s, PPA’s, legal aspects in corporate and commercial law.
- Identify legal risks and opportunities, providing clear, tailored advice to support business and management decisions.
- Draft and revise relevant documents, with a focus on the B2B market, including commercial (energy related) contracts, collaboration agreements, shareholder agreements, and more.
- Provide legal assistance across various client delivery activities, including sales, marketing, customer relations.
- Provide legal assistance across operations, including procurement, supply chain management, HR, etc
- Bring knowledge and/or experience in other law areas within the context of corporate (M&A), enterprise law, such as privacy and asset management.
- Be the point of contact internally for all legal matters and for our legal experts externally.

Your Profile.
- Possess a master’s degree in law.
- Have 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in corporate law and a sound knowledge of contract law. Knowledge and/or experience in energy law is a big plus. Knowledge and/or experience in social law is also a plus.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues.
- Exhibit assertive communication skills, translating complex legal advice clearly and concisely.
- Balance legal and commercial interests carefully.
- Speak and write fluently in Dutch, and English. German is a plus.
- Be hands-on with high attention to detail, quality, and precision.
- Work well in a team, being flexible to help achieve team goals.
- Have a goal-directed attitude, focusing on delivering agreed features/services.
- Approach problem-solving with a pragmatic mindset.
- Be improvement-minded, proposing new improvement ideas.
- Adapt well in an ever-changing environment.
